" We once needed an oven replacement as soon as possible and tried this store as it is part of Euronics. They sell good brand name products and also a few reconditioned items. The service and knowledge is brilliant. Would buy from Lane & Wright again. "

" We have always tried to buy from our local independent businesses and having been a local business owner for many years we understand the importance of this , "USE US OR LOOSE US." I must confess though that Lane and Wright were not our first choice, unfortunately we venture to the dark side, the internet. We needed a washing machine fast so purchased one from Currys PCworld on Ebay. They guaranteed it would be here on Wednesday and we only purchased it on Monday. We received an email to say it had been dispatched with a tracking details and a phone number to ring. My wife waited in all day and when I arrived home from work at 3pm I gave the number a ring to find out that the item was out of stock and I would had to wait until I received an email saying it was back in stock. I promptly cancelled the order and was tempted to collect from their local branch, when we decided to try Lane and Wright.The customer service from Nathan was exceptionable, we did not feel rushed or given the hard sell. He showed us machines that were in our budget and gave us their website details so we could look at the machines in our own time. Again I must admit I did check the prices online and must say that Lane and Wright are very competitively priced, as the machine quoted was the same if not cheaper than anybody else plus they offered free SATURDAY morning delivery. !!! Thank you all at Lane and Wright and just to let you know we will be visiting you soon for all our other appliances we need to complete our kitchen extension. David and Jemma "
