" Came for a yoga session with Cliff and it was absolutely brilliant. I was a little worried at first as I had never done yoga before, but Cliff was lovely and the class made me feel very welcome. The session was wonderful as it wasn't just poses but also Cliff taught me calming breathing and relaxation techniques to help me to sleep at night which have worked a dream! Gemma "
