" Well, what can I say, I have never experience such quality customer service, from the first visit to the last (when I collected my car) the staff were all so friendly and helpful, no pushy sales person, they left you to browse around then offered assistance when YOU required it, made you very welcome, work brilliantly as a team, follow up with emails, phone calls or txt message to see how things are going (even after you have purchased). The sales person and manager that I had conversations with were excellent and I will be recommending Luscombe to all my friends and family when they are thinking of renewing their cars. Thank you. "

I couldn't believe it when the one I had my heart set on was for sale at Luscombe! I took it for a test drive with Alan who is the loveliest person! Sorry Alan ;-) He is funny but extremely professional. It felt like I was giving a lift to a friend. Alan wasn't pushy, he was laid back and genuine. We bought the car or should say my boyfriend did.
