" Visited for the first time in ages, having moved away from Ashford. Was shocked and disappointed to see it has lost it’s sparkle. Lots of the ladies clothes on display were creased and unappealing. Not what you expect from an M&S. I left without buying anything and feeling quite sad. "

" As an M&S store all the Staff are all nice happy people and I love M&S food for its quality and taste and always have done but this store only opens office hours? Thats why it didnt get 5 star from me. Surely if it opened that extra hour say to 18:30 in the evening it would greatly improve their daily takings when people who work office hours or in other stores and buisnesses in the town centre could use it on their way home and outside of their lunch breaks? "
