" If there was a zero I would have gave that! 5 of us travelled to Masham from Seaham & York, to see Lee Nelson on Friday night, we were all really looking forward to it, we booked rooms & breakfast in the Bay Horse pub, tickets said that doors opened at 7.30pm, we got there at 7.40pm, he had already started his act & the front doors were locked, we knocked on the door for about 20 minutes, but no one came to let us in, there wasn't just us outside there was other people who had bought tickets outside too! I think it was ridiculous that there was no one was downstairs checking the door till at least 8pm. Between the 5 of us we are out of pocket by £232.50 for hotel rooms & tickets! Not including petrol to get there & a totally wasted journey for my son who wasn't staying the night in Masham as he had work commitments first thing in the morning! "
