" Went to collect something yesterday and my phone battery died before I got there. They asked me for my order number but I obviously couldn't get up my email on my phone (because it ran out of battery!), and I explained that to the cashier. I then got out all of my IDs out of my purse and she said she couldn't give me my items because "I could be anyone.." what a horrible accusation, and how rude! Why would I go out of my way to steal from someone for £13 worth of items.. I've never had this issue anywhere else I've collected orders from! Horrible customer service, they don't deserve anymore of my money! "
