" Friendly staff however I was promised a set collection time due to having a family meal the same evening ended up getting my car back an hour later than I was promised causing us to be late for the meal. I was also promised a car was as part of the service and this was not done either. Worth travelling down to swindon Mercedes as they are much better and actually do what they promise to do. "

" Bought the car back in December 2016 and the service from everyone at the dealership was amazing, every time I have visited them it's been perfect. I drive 85 miles further to go to these than the 2 more local MB garages I have.
BUT they made a huge mistake that is really irritating me now - they didn't reset the service indicator when they serviced the car so the car is now telling me it is due a service but isn't due for another 8000 miles, phoned and spoke to them and was told tough you'll have to live with the service light being on. So my car thinks it is overdue a service through their mistake and they can't / won't do anything about it. "

" Lavin - I travelled from Manchester yesterday to this dealership. I have been looking for a new Mercedes for weeks and this dealership had a car (E220d Premium Plus) at a very competitive price. I was collected from the train station by Andrew. I arrived at the dealership with my wife and we were both met with a warm welcome. They provided drinks and even lunch for us. The car, having been fully checked over, was presented and was [is] amazing. Andrew spent time with us on the purchase as did others. Nothing was too much trouble!... I have been buying Mercedes most of my adult life and I have not had a better experience in all the dealerships I been to (and there’s been plenty) than in this dealership…I would like to thank Andrew and others (including Stephanie..!) for the time extended to my wife and I yesterday….the car is just fabulous and I would not hesitate to travel back to this dealership in the future…Thanks to all… Mr & Mrs Lavin (12/4/17).
