" Presently having an overnight stay and although me and my husband cannot fault the excellent welcome at reception, the very clean room, comfy bed and facilities of the hotel, there must be a herd of elephants stopping here too! There should be notices on the room doors asking guests to be mindful of other guests who may actually be trying to get some sleep. Doors slamming constantly and lots of noise going on....doesn't bode well for a restful night's sleep. Contacted reception who confirmed they would check the corridors for activity.
TV is a little unpredictable, keeps turning itself over!
Other than the above mentioned, the hotel is fine and the staff very helpful. "

" A really comfortable hotel , handy for the Orthopaedic hospital , Oswestry , Chirk and Wrexham . A pleasant mid priced restaurant attached next door . Plenty of car parking and the bonus of a garden centre within walking distance . "
