" Compared to other NCP multi-storey car parks, this one is easy to navigate with a real car as opposed to others where a Matchbox car would struggle. Unfortunately, that's the only positive I have of the car park. It's a perfect example of captive market cynicism in that it's obscenely overpriced for an area where parking spaces are limited. People will argue that you should use public transport but that is also overpriced and inflexible not to mention less than practical when you have a lot of physical baggage. To add to the overpriced fee, the lifts are disgusting. You can see stains where urine has soaked into whatever material the floor is made from and the air freshener/cleaning agent only mixes in with the smell - it doesn't get rid of it. "
