" Booked MOT online for ease. Got there and they couldn't do MOTs as a machine was broken. Went over the road to Halfords - they were kind enough to fit me in but took hours so a day wasted. Also have now paid twice so hoping National will do the right thing and refund me...we'll see. "

" Fantastic service, saw me the day I rang. All the staff were friendly and willing to advise on what was best. I had lost my alloy wheel nut and they took the locks off for no extra charge. They seemed really willing to go the extra mile. 5 stars "

" Not impressed at all ! I went to the garage to change oil and oil filter- They did say that they struggled a bit to open the oil filter before they replaced it eventually! However, now my vehicle have oil leak. I pretty much can say its from the oil filter region. When i took it last time they said they could not find the oil leak. I fear of losing my engine now as the oil seems to be spreading in and around the engine compartment. I am going to take it tomorrow see what they say. I have already spent quit a lot changing bits on this garage. I hope the staff would be able to help me with this before i lose my car. "
