" Everything was delayed by weeks due to many reasons - solicitor going on holiday and not informing clients, lack of communication, multiple tries to get some information and only hearing "we'll call you back" multiple times and never had a call. Days after moving into the house they send a message that documents they sent to us were wrong and we have to sign other documents again. For amounts they charge you can easily get smaller company solicitor doing much better job than they did. "
