" I've given this place the benefit of the doubt in the past however, my last experience was indeed the final straw; I recently placed an order for delivery and when the pizza arrived the pizza was lukewarm at best. However, the real issue was the fact we had to throw away the side of chicken poppers we'd ordered as they were full of gristle, burnt and altogether disgusting. When I phoned the store to request a refund, not only was I palmed off several times and told to phone back when the manager was next in, I was eventually told that because I had placed the order online, I would have to fill out a complaint form which could be located via their website. (I have no idea what difference it makes how I placed the order). Anyway, after a somewhat drawn out email exchange with a member of the complaints team, I was told the best they could offer me was a voucher code for a free side next time I placed an order. I even sent them a photo of the chicken poppers to illustrate just how unappetising they were. Unfortunately, this didn’t seem to make the slightest bit of difference so I politely declined the offer of a free side. I will never place another order with Papa Johns and I think this particular branch epitomises just how bad their product is. If you want my advice, steer well clear and order a curry. Better still, have a nice piece of fish with some steamed veg, your wallet and your waist line will thank you for it. Better ingredients, better pizza? My arse! "

" Poor service rang them up and wondered why i was waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for my pizza and then we got it while I was calling, then they hung up on me, The driver was grumpy and offensive wouldn't recommend again, they used to be good now they just have got beyond terrible, Go elsewhere, Till they get a new manager. But still absolutely terrible and the pizzas are poorly made. "
