Welcome to Paws by the Lake, our shop at Waterhead, Ambleside which combines both a pet shop and gift shop for pet lovers (and will soon have its own photography studio).

If you love pets, you'll love visiting Paws by the Lake. Our pet shop will meet all your pets requirements, whilst the gift shop is full of interesting items for you! We have many gifts for sighthound lovers, statues, cushions, paintings etc...featuring fabulous greyhounds, lurchers, whippets, inherited from the previous owners.

We do have a website, but it is due for upgrading very soon to reflect the change in ownership, product range, and to facilitate the requirements of the forthcoming photography business - please bear with us!
