" Shocking. Problem in bristol, therefore road was closed. Waited 50 minutes for the bus. Fair enough. What wasn't fair is that we were picked up, driven to the next stop, where the driver then got out and shut the doors and walked off. We were stuck in an outrageously hot but (28 degrees in bristol today) with the doors locked. I banged on the window after about twenty minutes and someone went to find the driver. Instead of apologizing he told me to shut the door because he was on his break and he therefore had no information. Almost two hours and we are finally on our way. So so poor. "

Edit: has been a lot better since First took over. They seem to understand that the buses need to be very frequent during rush hours! "
