" Terrible terrible hotel! room was dirty mold on the walls bathroom smelt of mold so we complained and upgraded us to a lovely huge room unfortunately it was freezing and radiator was turned right down and the radiator valve on the side had been taken off so was unable to turn it up but felt to embarrassed to complain again. The decor is tired and dated and every where paint work is chipped taps drip Floors creak the only reason I am giving this hotel one star is because the staff offered us the free upgrade of our room else if can't think of any positives! And it would be zero! Oh even breakfast was offered to us for ten pounds each we politely declined. "
