" Great location within easy walking distance of city centre and made very welcome by the helpful staff. Room comfy, but starting to look and feel a bit tired. A good night's sleep all the same for both nights we were there. "

" Pleasant, cosy hotel. Excellent breakfasts. This is our second visit. Niggle that the sign in bathroom says "put used towels in bath, if you want them replacing". However, when I queried why they had ignored them, Receptionist said "Oh Housekeeping don't do that - we have a supply in Reception, so I took 2 back with me and was just left with the 2 dirty ones too, which I promptly took it upon myself to dump outside the Laundry Room. Also, why do staff at all the Premier Inns we have visited never remove dirty glasses from the previous evening's visit to the bar? "

" Lovely staff with a decent atmosphere. Stopped for a meal with family. Restaurant was clean and had a good selection. The food was decent enough! "

" Great location in town and helpful staff! Standard rooms with really comfy beds and was clean. Did find it bizarre that when returning to my room in the evening there were bouncer style security on the door asking for names of all people and cross checking vs who was checked in. Not sure what would have happened if I was meeting my partner in town and bringing them back after check in earlier that day... Breakfast was great but they had stopped serving hot food on the buffet way before end of breakfast period and I had to be served seperately at my table after a 20 min wait. Other table offered discount for inconvenience but we got missed. "
