" We used this car park in Manchester when we stayed at the Hilton hotel when we returned to get our vehicle the car park was shut even though signs said 24 hours. It cost us over £350 to get back to Birmingham and back the next day because a member of staff didn't turn up and they had no backup procedure. To date I'm still awaiting a response to my complaint and my emails get ignored. NEVER USE THIS CAR PARK !!!!! "
