" Excellent customer service - as first time storage users - George answered all our questions whether via phone or email, promptly, politely and patiently. Items were collected by a lovely couple in whom we had immediate faith! Two quotes from my student son sum it up "I think this company must have a policy of only employing really nice people" and later on the train home "It has just occurred to me that I handed over my precious items to Teresa and Martin without a second thought, it felt really secure!". The whole transaction from start to finish has been efficient, friendly and felt really safe - also very good value. Highly recommend this company. "

" Excellent self storage units. Safe and reliable within close distance to the centre and temple meads. Fantastic customer service 24 hours. Couldn't have hoped for better even at very short notice. Great value too! Would recommend and definitely will use again if ever I need to :-) "
