" Absolutely awful sales company trying to pressure sell. Told them three adults lived in the property and they asked if I was a homeowner and all three adults would need to be present for the 1.5 hour appointment. I told them I was the sole decision maker and homeowner and they insisted the other two adults must be present. When I explained that they were my children she insisted this was company policy. Absolutely rubbish they have no idea about UK business law. I had a quotation earlier in the day where the surveyor did a survey from Google Earth sent me a report within an hour of nine panels and a battery. I was happy to give this company the information so I could get a comparative quotes but they insisted I must have an hour and a half appointment. " I have waited to leave this review as u always like to wait and make sure the system is working as I was promised it would. The perfect experience and just what we were looking for! We had a few quotes from various suppliers and chose REST UK for there advance panel technology. We saw a few bad reviews but out of all the companies they were still the best reviews overall and we don't regret it at all. The install team Tyson and Tom were great and so was Simon who guided us through the whole process. We even had an issue 3 months later and this was dealt with fast with great aftercare. "

" Absolutely pathetic!!! Appointments can only be undertaken if both home owners are present so we align our hectic schedules to accommodate an 11am Friday morning 90 minute assessment meeting. Get a text confirmation the day before stating that they pay their assessors so please be available and guess what, 11.25am and he isn’t here. I call their office to learn his car had broken down yesterday and can he come at 2pm….no he can’t as I have a business to run. Then they lie and said they tried calling twice, which they didn’t. What a joke and an utter waste of my valuable time. "
