" Never had a problem with the branch. Friendly staff, 123 account is excellent and the mortgage rates are also good. I've recommended them to my parents and sisters.
I have accounts with Lloyds and NatWest, both are ok, but this is better.
I had one with Halifax, next door, which was a terrible bank (but the staff were friendly) "
