" Seamless from start to finish. Check in was fast and staff were polite and helpful. Bus was waiting to take us to airport & on our return bus pulled up and we were back to car in no time. After reading all the bad reviews I was understandably anxious but will definitely use again "

" My first impression was that this parking service was good, you drive to the car park and park in a bay nearby the check in reception. They then move your car to another location in the car park. On my return I expected my car to be waiting nearby, however it tuned out that I had to walk through 2 huge car parks dragging my luggage (no luggage trolleys available) in poorly lit conditions and very poorly marked bays to locate my car - I don't mind a walk but I measured the distance and it was nearly half a mile!
This is not what I was expecting and certainly not how they describe and portray this service. I won't be using this service again and I would urge people to think twice about it. "

" Have used Silver Zone for the last 20 years or so but the last two times have been terrible. We returned today from our holiday to find an enormous queue for the bus back to the car park. We had to wait for three buses before we could get on. On returning to the collection point, we were told where our car was. After searching around for 15 minutes we could not find our car (this happened the previous time too). We returned to the office where my husband was told that maybe it was his own fault and that the member of staff couldn't care less! Eventually another member of staff walked us to our car and asked us to make a formal complaint because the company don't listen to the staff! The fees for parking here have almost doubled in recent months (presumably to pay for their new premises) but the service has gone down considerably, the staff are incredibly rude and incompetent and we will not park there again . Also I believe that my car had been driven at speed/inappropriately as I had a large plastic box in the boot containing a lead for my dog, tennis balls, bottles of water and other bits and pieces. When we returned, the contents of this box were scattered over the whole of the boot. This has never happened whilst I have driven the car for the past 7 years! It took an hour and a half to board the bus and retrieve our car. Avoid this company and park elsewhere. "

" Not impressed! Picked the car up okay just before midnight, so it was dark. Went to wash the car the next day and noticed damage all along the nearside. Looked like it had run along a rubber protected post or edge. It has a long black mark along the wings and doors, scuff marks and scratches!. I am going to try to get them to do something about the damage they caused. If they are a decent company then they will admit liability and pay to repair the damage. If they do, I'll post it here. If they don't I'll post that here too!!
Come on Silver zone, DO THE RIGHT THING!!!
UPDATE:: Surprise, surprise. They denied it could have been damaged by them despite evidence to the contrary. Refused to make any amends. So if you book with them be prepared to have to repair any damage they cause at your own expense! Rubbish customer care! Wouldn't touch them in future! "

" We have always used silver zone car park because it is close to the airport, but each time our car is moved further away.
But this week we arrived back of our holiday to be told that they had over booked and we had to walk to the back of the staff car park 400 meters in the rain with our cases.
It would have been nice if they had brought our car to us or even driven us to our car.
We are now considering takening the Falcon bus from our town to the front door of the airport, even if we have to wait half an hour we could have a coffee and it will be a lot cheaper. "
