He was highly professional, honest, approachable, polite and has extremely high standards of workmanship. All the paperwork was delivered in a timely manner- including my EICR.
Before I contacted Rafal I had a failed EICR, the original electrician was subcontracted from an online company I contacted… this was a big mistake. They did not locate the original problem yet sent me a highly inflated quote for remedial work that was not identified. I am happy Rafal was recommended to me by my friend, he explained everything to me step by step, located the problem, discussed the various options, we agreed on what to do, he quoted a fair price and I had complete trust in him, the job was completed on time .
I will use Rafal for all future electrical work including my rental properties now. Thank you "

" Very happy with the service and work done. A previous electrician had said the light couldn't be repaired, what he meant was it was a bit of a tricky job. Smith Tech did the work in an hour. It involved going in from the floor above which was done with minimum fuss and no damage. Very happy with how quickly the work was done and Rafal turned up bang on time with good communication throughout the job. And the price was very reasonable too. Highly recommended. "
