" I went to see John Lange in early December due to Sciatica pain, John was excellent at providing further information to help me understand the cause and confirmed I had a prolapsed disc, he advised me that I shouldn't do anything that will aggregate it further and provided Gentle spinal mobilisation and soft tissue massage.
This was most definitely the best approach rather than any attempt to get a quick fix, which would have made it worse.
John is extremely professional, caring and such a lovely man, I am so glad I found him during what was a very painful and scary time. John has been amazing and helped me so much, I couldn't thank him enough. "
