" The good thing for me used to be the sugar pouring thing, it saved time plus you can have a proper spoon to mix your drink instead of the tooth pick from Costa. I can no longer enjoy the sugar part anymore but you sure as hell can. "

" Absolutely disgusting. The place is filthy. Dirty Pots are abandoned on every table and piling up. Rubbish is strewn on the floor. I noticed this as I queued whilst the staff chatted. After 5 mins of going nowhere and realising if we got a drink not a single table had enough space to put a mug on we left.
There are 8 people in the cafe. And you know what your nearest competitor it twice as busy and all the tables are cleaned and ready for customers.
NB to Manager. You need to get a grip of this place and the staff. It may have been busy earlier but it sure isn’t busy now and staff couldn’t care less
NB to Customers. There are plenty of other cafes who will appreciate your business because Starbucks at Cheshire Oaks don’t
They don’t even deserve the one star I have to give!! "

" I’ve been twice to this branch over Christmas and both times they have not had any Eggnog Latte which seems to be a common occurrence for Starbucks. What’s the point in having a Seasonal drink if it’s rarely available? "

" Visited 16/11/17 for my lunch whilst shopping. Turkey Panini I ordered took ages...Id finished my coffee before it was ready, and was awful...dry and not much filling and tasteless. Told staff but nothing happened. To add to my woes, toilet had no loo roll at all....and a suspicious stain on toilet too. Wont go again...I shoud've gone to Costa or Pret. "
