" Not worth the money - completely average cut no better than any other hairdresser. I was disappointed with my cut as I had brought in multiple pictures of the same person and haircut and wanted it specifically. I didn't expect the exact cut, but was expecting a cut similar as best as they could do. Instead, the hairdresser practically tossed my pictures aside and cut me a regular bob. This is not what I wanted, I made that clear.
This was highly contrasting to my experience with a hairdressers called Mes Amis, where my hairdresser literally analysed and scanned the pictures - the same pictures may I add - and cut me a closely accurate style. I appreciated the fact that she took the time to actually look and observe my pictures, and for this customer service I would rate them highly over Toni and Guy.
I feel like Toni and Guy don't respect me as a customer very much because they are viewed as a highly respected organisation, and as such they 'know better what I want than I do.'.
The cut was good, but as I say no better than any other hairdressers i've been to where the price is cheaper, and quite frankly, fairer.
To add, I selected one of the more experienced hairdressers. Perhaps a lower qualified hairdresser would be better if you're looking for a specific style, as they would probably not presume what you want or what they feel like would be better. "
