" Some incredibly incompetent conveyancing work over the last few months, seemed to be doing their job but never bothered to communicate anything to us unless we chased them. Actively avoided answering direct questions on multiple occasions and were genuinely obstructive in the process of our purchase. Should have been warned when they lost our instructions to proceed documents before even starting work on our case. Quite how they managed to lose an envelope with a solicitors name on for a month between it being handed in to their front desk and it getting to that solicitor is beyond me. "
