This person needs a course in customer care and quick. I've given one star as the lights were on,but no one was at home. Appalling service. "

" I made a quick visit to pick up a few items I'd run out of. I don't normally shop in tesco, but as I walked around the shop I noticed quite a number of items which will entice me back. I might even do my main shop in tesco this coming Friday instead of going to my usual supermarket. "

" the staff was absolutely rude to me when over the fone when I asked for there help due for my bank situation. one member of the staff raising their voice at me. I had the exact amount of money in my bank and they took a £2 pound reserve on it and that has made me go overdraw and I phoned them up they tried saying otherwise whilst my bank has proof they did. I might have only 70p overdrawn its just the fact is I could be charged £15 of the bank and that is the money I simply haven't got. I suggest to people not to do online shopping with Tesco if you don't like to me be messed around. The staff is simply rude and have no respect for there customers, I tried complaining to them but the manager was snobbier then anything. "
