" Spent our first full day here at Thanet Well Retreat, really impressed with the lovely relaxing and tranquil place. The lodge we are in is Berrier 3 and is superb. Looking forward to the rest of our week here. The staff we have met Yvonne and Dave are really great and welcoming. "

" Close to the Lakes and close to Penrith for shopping the cabins are well maintained the cleaning staff are wonderful at what they do. The lodges are beautiful the scenery is breathtaking. "

" We arrived at the Thanet well lodge reception and was greeted by a friendly lady who told us where our lodge was. We were in lodge 29 which looked towards the mountains. The lodge was clean, tidy and homely. The was everything provided which we could think of. The hot tub was lovely and a great treat for us.
Had a water leak at back of shower during the night. Called the emergency number and a man came out to look. He made a quick adjustment to fittings but it only lasted until 7am. We called him back and he said he couldn't fix it but said we could move to lodge 30.
Lodge 30 has a bigger hot tub and looks smarter inside but actually has less space for storage, the little ones travel cot and no dishwasher. "
