Having suffered for the last couple of years with horrendous lower back pain- I literally couldn't sit down without being in agony, within 3 sessions of seeing her my back pain has disappeared- for anyone suffering with their back I would definitely recommend going to her- she is brilliant as she is also really friendly and makes you feel totally at ease. " In 2010 I was suffering from chronic tendonitis in my shoulder caused by excessive swimming loads whilst training for triathlon. Having tried several ‘sports physios’, with limited results, I was recommended to Sarah Younger by a fellow triathlete. Sarah and colleagues were fantastic in diagnosis, rehab treatment and corrective exercise/stretching and they got me comfortable, managed my injury whilst maintaining active training and got me back racing in no time.
For the last 6 months Sarah has also treated me following a cycling accident which left me with a damaged AC joint (on my good shoulder!). The development and improvement, without surgery, has been incredible and Sarah has also proven invaluable with 2nd opinions on my x-rays and advice when speaking to NHS professionals, she really knows her stuff. 6 months of being led round the houses by my hospital consultants and they are finally realising the symptoms may stem from the issues that Sarah diagnosed back in August 2011! If and when I have surgery on my shoulder I will ensure that my rehab is with the Chiro Clinic.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for assistance with a sports related injury, a real trusted professional.
