" Received an absolutely appalling service, shown no sympathy or understanding whatsoever, we weren't even offered any condolences for our loss, they left my father at the hospital mortuary over the weekend even though the coroner had released him on the Friday morning, this resulted in us walking out and going to hoopers who were great. I put a complaint in which they failed to deal with for months and I eventually went to their professional organisation who contacted them. We eventually got a feeble response with no sense that they will ensure no one else will go though the same experience. AVOID. I've only given them one star because I had to. "

" I tried to work with this company to erect a monumental stone vase on a grave. I telephoned them as I needed their email address to submit requirements, but the email details I was given by them was incorrect. The Receptionist was far from helpful. Having submitted a request via their website for their email address, clearly they were far too busy to respond. I had always thought Funeral Directors were supposed to be helpful and courteous, clearly not all. "
