I went to see my mother in this funeral home it was 1 of the worst experiences of my life. They placed the coffin the wrong way round so as I opened the door I saw my mothers sunken face I should have seen her feet first.
They made my beautiful mother look like I don't know how to explain it but there excuse was it wasn't there usual makeup artist.
I said I don't want excuses that is the last image of my mothers face. I'm still having nightmares, please go careful who you chose to look after your loved ones once they have passed. "
