" We visited the Firs in September as a bit of a treat for ourselves only to be shocked to find out we had to pay £7 each for breakfast. Even if you only wanted a bowl of cereal it was still £7.00 each.
We went to bed and were woken up by wet through due to the plastic/ rubber mattress cover. Plus the mattress was very soft but the manager did offer to change it but we had made our mind up that we could not stop there another night. "

" The Firs has a very home away from home feel.The rooms are well appointed and our room had lovely views over the garden and river.In the morning the breakfast was very tasty with cereals juices tea coffee toast and a full English breakfast.If you are looking for a relaxing getaway then the Firs is an ideal place. "

" We were made feel very welcome by Lesley and Leo the owners the house is set in beautiful surroundings. The room was warm clean with every thing we needed and Leo's breakfast was 10 out of ten. I would rate this B&b very highly "

" Absolutely disgusted with the owners of bnb bullying a vulnerable adult banging on the door threatning if i don't open door they will come in and threatening2 kick me out go ahead i don't wanna stay in a place where i'm being victimized i advise people not to stay here unless u want2 b bullied and treated like scum police are dealing with the threatening behaviour. "
