" Parking of first few floors are reserved for car cleaning company, disabled and baby parking which are nearly all empty. Others for us are ok spaced and some floors have lights to show if the space is available or not. Price is competitive and a lot cheaper than NCP. "

" This is a 24hr world and 8-11 is restricitve in the modern day, being locked and having to go home and back again is rediculous. if your going to stop people from parking, atlesst let people get out "
