" Have been to Grasmere a couple of time however we never found this little shop before. So glad we stopped though and bought a packet of 12 as it is the best gingerbread I’ve ever had and the following day we went back to stock up our cupboards with 2 more packets of 12 it was so good! "

" Wonderful little shop selling the best gingerbread treats you've ever had. We were passing through and we're glad we stopped by. We bought a few packs of the gingerbread and finished one before leaving the Daffodil Garden next door. Had to go back in to buy some more! Highly recommended. "

Delicious gingerbread like nothing else.
Lovely sunny day and they were also selling their own gingerbread ice cream just outside the shop which had to be sampled.
It was delicious. Nice and creamy with a good gingerbread hit. "

" Delicious gingerbread, a must have for the walks, snacks at home or for a gift. The shop is very small so you need to queue outside but once inside, it's lovely and the service is quick. "
