" A shopping mall for the Uber wealthy, who expect quality of service and products when shopping. Unfortunately, since opening in March 2006, they've struggled to hold on to most of their designer stores and most have succumb to the lack of demand, rendering a large proportion of the mall vacant, including almost the entire 1st floor.
Still, the building isn't quite a hollowed out carcass with a gold plated coating, just yet. The remaining shops still rank highly for quality and it's well worth a visit, for the classy individual (or you know, if you've just got your student finance or something...). "

" Antonio's cafe on the upper level is the best in Liverpool - wonderful coffee, great cakes, pasta and sandwiches. Otherwise a lot of expensive clothes shops and paperchase. "
