" I'm a little late .with my review..
Anyway , I bought a Renault Koleos 09 plate , about a month & a half ago.
All through the buying process , I found "All the staff" extremely helpful & polite.
I had some issues ,with the engine management fault lights coming on. I was given an unrivaled service & my car was repaired {by the main dealer} in no time , given the nature of the fault. The cost , nor , the main dealer repair , were ever brought into question .
With the value car centre , I found a dealer {a very rare thing } , where customer service & honesty are at the heart of what they do , & do so well.
THANK YOU !!! to all at the value car centre
PS : I traveled more than 50 miles to buy from the V>C>C , so i would say to anyone , who thinks its too far to travel .!!! Go for it , you will be glad you did. "

" Really great car sales place. The day I went to look at a car it was pouring with rain so the guys offered to put it in the work shop and dry it off for me!! I really appreciated that. Can't fault them in anyway as Jay and his staff went a few extra miles to ensure I was happy with the car. No pushy sales chat but a friendly helpful attitude, answering any questions I had. I have recommended you guys already.
