" went in to book a last minute deal I'd seen online but wasn't able to book successfully, was unable to do so in store also. Had specific dates and budget in mind, after 30 mins of unsuccessful web browsing very similar to what i'd done from home looking for an alternative, the lady was not able to find anything. Was asked to leave my name and number and that the lady would have a further search and give me a call back the next morning. Never got a call back, complete waste of time "
