" The rooms were easily accessible, clean and good quality. Definitely value for money. Towels and all toiletries were provided as well as tea making facilities, the bedding was comfortable and so was the temperature. The staff were extremely helpful and generous, best travelodge experience I have had to date. "

" Absolutely dreadful treatment by the invisible people in head office.
At 3.30 we arrived to find we had made a mistake and should have been at todhills.
Dee very helpful. Registered our request to swap location. Voicemail left.
45 minutes later head office replied it would be £22 extra. We declined. Travelled 30 minutes north to book in at todhills to find they had cancelled our booking and their was no food on site. Jacky very helpful.
Carlisle had space and would have resolved but invisible people requested too much money.
Feel sorry for the likes of Dee and Jacky as they are trying their hardest but hampered by head office who ignore customer service. "

" The room is big, and well prepared. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and there's plenty of storage space. The bathroom is good, the size is decent and the shower is powerful, although slightly cold. The staff were incredibly friendly, and welcoming, despite us arriving at 2:15 am! The fact that it's on one side of the motorway is a pain though! "

" Basic motel - clean tidy surprisingly quite. Good showers. Very limited options to eat there is a coffee shop at the service station adjacent to the motel but it shuts early. Staff were very helpful and friendly "
