" I bought my new car from Trustford Perry Barr and the dealership atmosphere and staff were pleasant and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble! Throughout the whole time I was waiting for my new car to arrive I was kept well informed. Upon the day I collected my new Fiesta it was well presented, clean and looked amazing. Overall it was a fantastic experience and even though the dealership is over 115miles away from me I will definitely be returning. Well done Perry Barr sales team you are all an asset to Trustford. "

" My sons lease car deal had come to an end he booked an appointment to return it he waited 35 minutes and ended up leaving. Following day returned and before he could return his car they were asking for £1000 fee's for damage (scratches) so he left. Then went to shirley ford garage were he can return his car with 0 fees and service was excellent. New car has been ordered. I think because he is young in age they took take the piss a little. "
