" A bit nonplussed to be honest! I don't think the website's boasts of having an art gallery are doing it any favours. A room with a couple of dolls houses and 2 (nonfunctional, doesn't anyone take pride in presentation these days?) torches doesn't do it for me. We thought we had come to the wrong floor and asked the museum lady but she confirmed thats all there was. There are some nice works of art within the museum across the landing but in all not, I think, enough to justify its claim to be an art gallery "

" With regular and diverse exhibitions, carefully displayed local history and friendly staff, The museum is a must visit in the town. Kids will love it. There is plenty for them to see and do. As a Tunbridge Wells local, I regularly visit to see the new exhibitions and revisit my favourite pieces of Our towns history. "
