" Extremely disappointed that a pre booked coach of people were allowed to jump the people waiting in the actual queue this afternoon. All the people in the original queue had to stand, including pregnant women who eventually had to sit on the floor. No one could get on at Howtown either. I saw many disgruntled faces. There was simply no organisation and feel a pre booked group of such a size should of had their own boat. I would not recommend this company on today's experience sadly :( "

" Friendly staff, gets you down the lake easily. 10% discount if you get the 9:45 boat. Price could be a little less expensive though for a single ticket "
