" A really fantastic health club can't be faulted - The staff are absolutely superb, the short 25 mins sessions are great fun and on top of that I've got the best results I've ever had. I've been going to the sands for the past few months but dont like how busy it can get and it gets really boring quickly, at Vibralife there are only 7 people in a class at its busiest and there's always a personal trainer close by to help out which is great. "
