" No information on the movies showing - had to go the to ticket machine to even see the full list of movies, and even then all the information given was the rating and maybe (but most did not) a picture to guess at what the movie was about. Had to google each movie to see what it was about, and then was treated like a criminal when I went to the bathroom while my partner bought tickets! Was actually followed to the bathroom and had the door held open for me to leave. If we had not already bought the tickets we would have gone elsewhere. Do not reccommend this place at all. "

" SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE - Took my daughter to see the Emoji Movie, only to be sold the wrong tickets at the counter for Despicable Me 3, then after realising we went to the counter to get the correct tickets to be asked for a payment of £1 to change them, when it wasn't our fault in the first place. Insult to injury that also after paying £30..!!!! For tickets a drink a hotdog and childrens VALUE tray (popcorn, fruit shoot and the smallest packet of haribo). Have emailed the CEO Mr Richards of VUE Cinema concerning this issue. "

" Comfy and cozy inside, though I ha e found recently the volume on films to be a bit much at times which does spoil the film a little. The electric reclining seats are very comfortable but quite far apart due to large arm rests so if you are going particularly as a couple or on a date this can be quite isolating. "

" Since they changed get to the new recliner seating I don't go anywhere else. Perfect, comfortable seating with great visibility. Snacks and drinks still overpriced. You can't have everything! "
