" Wow! This place is foodie heaven and the local beers are pretty good too. Delicious fresh baked breads and sweet treats - the 'Ultimate' egg custard lives up to its name. The unpasteurised Stichelton has to be the best blue cheese I've ever tried - like stilton but creamier. "

" Absolutely incredible butchers. The whole team are very knowledgeable and it's nice dealing with people that are passionate about what they do. If you call ahead you can pretty much get any cut you want. Have had some delicious short rib, ox cheek and venison in the past. The air-dried beef rib we had from them over Christmas was absolutely stunning. "

" Brilliant service, produce is fantastic, the butchers are always happy to help and good value for money considering it local meat plus tastes good to. Love the fresh milk machine and the mild of course does my stomach the world of good, stopped drinking soya sub substitute now. Veg is good variety, pastries well to good for words, love the pasture and sausage rolls. Over all brilliant. "
