" Me and my family have been coming here for about 10 years now. Lovely clean tidy park, swimming facilities are spotless and huge! Entertainment in the club is fantastic, not like the normal cheesy rubbish at holiday parks. Lots of things for the kids in the daytime to do. Been here twice this year, never disappoints! X "

" Major disappointment.
Every year my whole family like to take a weekend away trying different holiday parks so all our children can enjoy the things we all did growing up. I have heard amazing things about this park but upon my request to book 8 caravans/chalets for 20+ people I was told I could only book 4 caravans at a time and they wouldn't be able to take a booking this large due to not wanting big parties.
So me and my whole family have now got to try and rethink our plans as it seems we are not WELCOME (pun intended) here. "

" We have been coming here for 20 years but sad to say standards have slipped dramatically. The accommodation cleanliness is really poor, food is over priced and low quality. More worrying was my son had an incident in the pool and the life guards were busy chatting fortunately my husband saved the day. It's a real shame the park itself is beautiful but seems neglected and tired. The staff are friendly enough but there aren't enough of them to cope in peak season. The entertainment remains good but it's a struggle to find seating. We visited in June and it wasn't as bad as our most recent trip in August. I think we will have to reconsider our UK break for next year. I'm genuinely gutted to be giving only 2 stars. Up until last year it would definitely be 5. "

" Absolutely love this holiday park! My parents and I have been coming here for the past seven years or so, and we keep wanting to come back. The entertainment in the evenings is brilliant, and the five minute walk to the beach is even better! Lots of places to visit around the area too. A lovely holiday for kids and adults a like. "

" Grdat family place to stay. Been going since 2001 so all 4 of our children have experienced it. So close to the beach in Dawlish Warren. The caravans are clean and tidy and offer a pleasant stay. The park could do with an update in the clubhouse as its still the sane from when we went day 1. But keeping it the same seems to suit so not a big deal. The pool is lovely, it is like stepping in to a very warm bath which is great on rainy cool days. All in all a great place to holiday. "

" Great location to stay at which much to do around the near area and beyond. Caravans are very dated but with the prices paid this wasn't a surprise. Clubhouse was great with family in the evenings however isn't the greatest but again, with the prices it wasn't a surprise. Volume of music and entertainment was a tad too loud which meant we had to shout to talk to each other. The entertainers were brilliant and talented. Overall, a great week away. "

" A fantastic club house. The seating is not crammed together giving plenty of room to move around. The drink prices are great value for a holiday camp. Swimming pool excellent with great showers. All staff very friendly and professional. Caravans lovely and clean. "

" Been here 2 years running for a family holidays it's good value and has great entertainment. Only down side they could do with updating the club or expanding it as there never enough room for everyone that is staying there to be able to enjoy the entertainment. "

" We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly. Swimming pool is great, it's opening hours are impressive, though the whirlpool was off 2 out of 3 days. Our caravan was well equipped. I'd rate the cleanliness at 4/5. Children's play area is well designed and big enough. Well done. "

" We stayed here for a week. The park is small and clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. The amenities are very basic and there isn't a lot to do on rainy days. The pools are very small and get busy very quickly. We had the basic caravan which looked tired and in need of a refurb and the caravan vans are very close together and it all feels a bit cramped. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of room inside. Reading all the reviews for this park the one thing that no one mentioned was the rail line running along the back of the park where the basic caravans are situated. So if you are a light sleeper don't expect to get a lay in. "

" Just had a 7 day holiday in Dawlish Warren at this park, and I cannot find a single fault with my experience! The park was clean, tidy and well kept. The staff that worked on site were very friendly and helpful. I found the park was filled with activities that not just kids enjoy, but the whole family enjoy, together. The swimming pool was amazing and the free crazy golf, was surprisingly rather fun. I would thoroughly recommend this park to anyone wishing for a nice UK holiday and anybody wishing to see the beautiful sites of the south coast! "
