" Shocking customer service, phoned constantly and no one seems to like answering the phone. Was supposed to have had a kitchen delivered, the first delivery date it didn't turn up, no phone call, nothing. Tried to contact the store on the next delivery date and have had no answer. I have cancelled the kitchen, totally disgusted. "

" I had some fence panels delivered, and thought the men that delivered them were so rude and in unhelpful.. I opened my bedroom window, and asked if they could please take them round the back as they were big and heavy! They said they couldn't as they could not leave their Van! Why couldn't one of them do it.. The way he grunted it back to me was so rude as well.. By the time I had got downstairs and opened the door they had left them outside my house and drove off.. I had to drag them into my house at 8 in the morning on my own! I think this is disgusting especially as it's 25 pound delivery charge!! Very rude and certainly will not be going back.. Not impressed at all!!! "
