The owners Jo and Dale were fantastic. We got a warm welcome, Jo explained all the house rules while escorting us to our rooms and you could ask them anything ,anytime they were always happy to give you detailed answers. The breakfast was freshly made every morning by Jo and Dale gave a fantastic service.
Comfy bed and fast internet too :)

Normal 3 star B&B that are trying to be more but fails due to cutting corners with cheap/basic showers, a very odd fridge placed in the room to tick the box "fridge", slow wifi, very basic breakfast with cheap juice etc etc... There are unfortunately for Seaspray many B&B's in Hastings that are modernised and of much higher quality to same or lower price.

" Bedbugs!
Aware: room 3 on the top floor is full of bedbugs. I got more than 80 bytes in one night, causing a traumatic suffering for several days. When I confronted the owner with the problem, they first denied it. When I showed them the pictures, they accused me of taking them somewhere else (although you can clearly see the room in the film…) and when I finally showed them the groups of bedbugs under the bed with their own eyes, they claimed these bugs were no bedbugs… . Unfortunately I had the same experience several years ago in London, so I know very well how they look like, how you can recognize the bytes, etc. Upon leaving, the owners suddenly came out, dragging the mattresses outdoors, into their car. Instead of containing the problem in the room, and use poison, they now spread the bugs over their entire house (the hall is covered with carpet) and their car. Note, that I never asked for refund, I only wanted them to do something about the problem, because I know how much pain it conflicts. Unfortunately, they never apologized. Instead they, at least the woman, accused me of lying… .
