" Great Doctors but administration is totally diabolical. As a private patient I spent hours on the phone trying to get through. When I eventually did was put on hold for a further 10 mins and then only to be cut off.
Back to the Ulster independant for me. "

" Sent to this establishment on 25th March for cardiac investigation, had great trouble getting through on the telephone in the first instance loads of adverts to listen to before anyone answered my call. Following the investigation nothing has as yet been forwarded to the necessary people regarding my investigation. How or why does it take 2 weeks to forward any results. Great place friendly people but the follow up seems to be lacking. "
