The driver was very kind and made sure to go out of his way to help some older customers with their luggage and getting into and out of the mini bus. "

" Having just returned from holidays, I highly recommend this service. They were extremely efficient and helpful. Once receiving my bags I called for the bus and it was there for me coming out. The staff were great and helped me get my car without any hassle. I will definitely be using Cosmo next time I am going away. "

" Have used Cosmo on several occasions and am very happy with the fast, efficient and friendly service and personnel. I feel that my car is safe with them. Used to use another company but was unhappy that they left my car parked with handbrake off and even noticed a few scratches that weren't here when I parked it! But I especially want to commend Cosmo on their handling of a recent issue where due to a bereavement I had to cancel a holiday and failed to take up the parking space I had booked. I telephoned to explain and then followed with an-mail - two different assistants responded with civility and compassion and although I did not ask for a refund, they did in fact return my booking fee in full. Top marks Cosmo for courteous and compassionate customer service beyond what I expected. Thanks to Paula and a gentleman whose name I don't know, but who initially advised me 'never worry about it'! "

" Always use McCauslands however they were fully booked when I tried to get a space 3 weeks prior to departure! Now I understand why Cosmo had spaces and McCauslands didn't. On arrival there was no space to park my car nor an attendant to take the car from me. Went into the office and was told to just leave the car in my opinion abandoned! Then my reference number didn't match the one they had even though I had the email printed off. On return we had to wait 25mins for the bus to pick us up at the airport (McCauslands had been over and back 3 times and park & fly twice), which was awful at 9.30pm at night with 3 young, tired n very cold children!! Went then to pick my keys up at the office advising we'd just flew back from girona to be told the keys weren't there! The assistant behind the desk looked for them, found them and said they were tagged for a flight from Barcelona! Safe to say I would not recommend cosmo airport parking not will I use it in the future! "
