" Went here for an appearance night ticket only event. Payed for two tickets and did not see what wee payed for.
The management must have known 3 floors of ticket buyers can't possibly fit on one floor for which the apperance happened so they did not instruct anyone on what floor it was happening if you seen it lucky you you guessed rite.
You can't sell tickets to people knowing it's not possible for 3 floors of ticket buyers to get what they paid for and fit on one floor.
Ther was not a single announcent made about when he entered the building or the floor he was on and when he was on stage.
Just left to guess what floor and what time hope for the best and get lucky if you guess the rite floor and time.
we're not the only couple missed out
If you sell tickets for an appearance night you make sure the people get what they paid for by speaking to them and making them aware of exaclty who has entered and what floor they are in if you have 3 different floors.
You can't run an appernce ticket only event in a 3 floored club and not tell people whats going on when it's on.
Absolute disgrace not to mention the dirty glasses people sniffing drugs on thw middle of the dance floor & floors atthe start of the night so sticky it pulled the shoes of my feet!!! Not an up class club place is a dirt house full of management out to rip off the public and laugh at the end of the night I sincerely hope karma rips the place apart!! "
